Machine for creating high definition three dimensional biscuits and cookies

  • Double independent motorization with gear-motor driven by inverter, complete of digital rpm displays.

  • Forming roller of ø240mm.

  • Feed roller of ø254mm with gap measurement for dough feed.

  • Vulcanized rubber roller of ø260mm.

  • Stainless steel cutter, tempered and grounded, mounted on jacks with vertical and horizontal regulation by wheel-knobs.

  • Stainless steel hopper, with reversible hinges for easy removal of the forming roller.

  • Pneumatic belt centering.

  • Automatic and pneumatic belt tracking.

  • Automatic release of belt tensioning with machine stops.

  • External caldding panels made of stainless steel AISI 304.

  • Belt conveyor for product scraps recovery, with independent gear-motor drive

  • Structure mounted on swivel wheels with ground fasteners.

  • Control panel made stainless steel AISI 304, located on board the machine and complete of digital displays.

  • Browning unit assembly-ready.

  • Optional: Unit belt humidifier for machine start up.

  • Optional: On board trackle for lifting and removing moulding roller.

  • Optional: Conveyor belt to oven.

  • Stainless steel loading hopper made of stainless steel, with reversible back for easy removal of the forming roller.

  • Pneumatic belt centering.

  • Automatic and pneumatic conveyor mat tautening.

  • Automatic release of belt tension of machine stops.

  • External panelling made from stainless steel 304.

  • Conveyor belt for the recovery of waste with independent drive system made from stainless steel 304
