Enrobing biscuits, snacks, waffles, cakes and Celebration products with chocolate, chocolate compound or sugar glaze
  • Built in stainless steel AISI 304.

  • Easy maintenance and cleaning of the chocolate containment tank, with removable mesh conveyor. Possibility to have extractable chocolate containment tank and by-pass belt conveyor.

  • Different type of enrobing, with single or double chocolate veil: complete enrobing, top or bottom enrobing. High speed air-blowers adjustable by inverter group, to remove chocolate excess.

  • Vibrating mesh conveyor system with adjustable intensity.

  • General control panel with touch screen, suitable to input customer recipe profile.

  • Possibility to insert zig-zag decorator machine.
